Syllabus:

Advanced topics in Business Law, as determined by the Head, School of Business Law, which are of an appropriate level for Honours students.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Become introduced to the legal aspects of employment law, the contractual law aspects of employment law, termination of employment, unfair dismissals, the Commonwealth award system, the Commonwealth's legislation on agreements, the Western Australian award system and Western Australian legislation on agreements. Detailed and conceptualed an understanding of the law contained in the syllabus. Identified cases and sections of statutes, that are the source of the law in the syllabus.
