Equity. Fiduciary relationships. Equitable remedies. Creation and extinction of trusts. Types of trust. Administration of trusts. Wills. Duties of personal representatives. Bankruptcy law and practice. Commercial arbitration. Ethics.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Developed and expanded upon the fundamental legal principles outlined in Law (Equity) 375.
