Syllabus:

Sources of the criminal law. Criminal process and parties to offences. Criminal responsibility. Inchoate offences. Offences against the person and property, sexual offences, computer and business crimes. Theories and trends in criminology. Penology and sentencing options.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understandng of how Criminal Law applies in a business environment.
