Syllabus:

Conics. Polar coordinates. Parametric equations. Complex numbers. Sequences and series. Matrices, determinants. Vector geometry.
 

Unit Outcomes:

Students will be introduced to and become familiar with basic mathematical concepts in a number of areas applicable to their study. Students will be able to enhance their understanding of major concepts with the use of the graphics calculator HP48G.
