Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of the role of management in complex organisations, operating in the environment. Sharpened up analytical and decision making skills and thus become useful in assessing and modifying organisations or subsections of organisations. Been introduced to organisational behaviour and the behaviour of people within an organisation . Been able to examine interaction at organisational, small group and individual levels. |
