Syllabus:

Guided independent study of particular topic presented either a literature review directed towards the definition and evaluation of an oenological problem. Students research the literature and prepare a report.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - Clearly defined the underlying problem for their project. Written a clear and comprehensive literature review for their project. Written a clear and comprehensive report. Delivered verbal presentations that are clear, concise and informative.
