Syllabus: | Guided independent study of a particular topic presented as a literature review directed towards the definition and evaluation of an oenological problem or as a research project on a current oenological issue. Presentation of a project proposal. |

Written a clear and comprehensive literature review for their project. Written a clear and comprehensive proposal. Delivered verbal presentations that are clear, concise and informative. |
