Syllabus: | The student negotiates a timetable for studies with the Academic Supervisor and the Porgram Coordinator. Any syllabus content will be on the advice of the Academic Supervisor or chosen by the student. Regular meeetings made by prior arrangement will takeplace with the Academic Supervisor and also subject experts and design professionals as appropriate. The student will be expected to keep a Critical Diary of their work. |

Unit Outcomes: | On completion of this unit students will have - Demonstrated a high order of analysis and critical evaluation of the project work or a piece of scholarship or research. Provided evidence of understanding of the subject matter and appreciation of the design and research issues within the project. Demonstrated understanding of data analysis and result interpretation. Demonstrated a high level of scholarly report or thesis wrtiting, including report structure skills, and the accurate and appropriate use of referencing and writing protocols. |
