Syllabus: | Comprises of a case study relating to the biotechnology industry. Students will undertake a detailed review of a national or international biotechnology company. This will include the company's corporate structure and performance, history, underlying intellectual property, patents and core technology, products under development, products already on the market, competitors. The study will be written up and presented as a full business analysis document. Present a seminar on their chosen company, entitledwhy should you invest/not invest in the company. |
