Syllabus:

Analysis of data, probability and its distribution, matrices, function and graph, limit, Trigonometry and Vector.
 

Unit Outcomes:

Students completing this unit should be able to - Define mathematical terms in statistics, trigonometry and geometry. Understand mathematical concepts and appreciate the use of mathematics to solve real-life problems. Make interpretation and prediction based on given data. Draw generalisations and deduce formulae from the patterns observable from given situations. Integrate and apply content knowledge in algebra, trigonometry and geometry to solve a variety of problems. Work independently and collaboratively to understand, formulate and solve problems and to communicate this both orally and in writing.
