Syllabus: | Selection of a topic and formulation of a research problem of study within the area of intercultural communication. Research design and techniques, theoretical background reading, data collection and production of a report. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Understood usability issues involved in designing online content. With usability issues in mind, analysed the intended audience, objectives, and expected outcomes for a successful web site design. Designed a suitable World Wide Web site sensitive to usability issues. |
