Syllabus:

Determines individual learning objectives for a specific area of practice either - education, management or a clinical specialty. Knowledge gained will be used to design a program to identify student learning, changes to practice and improved outcomes for the individual staff members and the organisation.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have identified an area for professional development within their organisation. Integrated knowledge, skills and professional development gained within a defined project. Applied empirical research within the context of the projects. Demonstrated the ability to successfully work within a team. Acknowledged within the project individual professional change experienced through study within the course.
