Syllabus: | A 'cutting edge' view and critique of health economics and an assessment of its future. Issues that might be covered include community values, the theoretical basis of conjoint analysis and current use of economic evaluation guidelines. As new issues arise they will also be included. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Evaluated new and exciting topics in health economics. Critiqued health economics as a sub-discipline. |
