Syllabus:

Art of contemporary digital culture. Shifts in the history of the use of electronic media for the making of art with an emphasis upon current digital practices. Options as to how to negotiate the unit in line with the nature of the object of study.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Been introduced to electronic visual culture. Had experience in negotiating the web as a research tool. Investigated the theories and meanings of digital culture. critically engage with the web as a medium for creative expression.
