Syllabus:

Legal systems. Legal processes including legislation, case law and interpretation. How to find legal information, including AUSTLII. Global matters including international agreements and treaties.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have understanding of different legal systems, the legal process. Aquired the skills to find legal information. Gained an understanding of global matters of a legal nature.
