Syllabus: | Various forms of property ownership, investment and securitisation vehicles. Identification and description of the role of statutory authorities that regulate the industry. The descriptive nature of the content of this unit is complemented by a direct contact with the full texts and contexts of legal decisions and interpretation. Institutional international comparisons will also be attempted. |
