Syllabus: | Major sources of property risks and the strategies used to minimise those risks. Going beyond the management of single asset or project risk to cover portfolio risks. Risk minimisation strategies are described in a national and international context. Appropriate algorithms and software are taught and utilised by students. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have an understanding of the various risk management strategies and instruments. |
