Syllabus:

Introduction to research in an indigenous context - ethics and exploitation, the main type of research. Article review - points to consider, critical review.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Explained the process of research. Differentiated between quantitative and qualitative research. Described how health workers can participate in research. Analyzed a published research paper.
