Syllabus:

Each contract to be negotiated with a colleague, school based Vocational Education and Training (VET) Coordinator or District Officer.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Submitted reports on five of the following practical VET in Schools projects at a standard acceptable to a workplace mentor and the Curtin supervisor - exploring your District Office, The Vocational Education Community online, Setting up partnerships, planning, reporting and assessing, placements, legal requirements and implications, career and student counselling, participation in a practice firm, assessment of students in SWL and alternative choice contracts.
