Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will be able to - Discuss the role of evaluation in health promotion. Plan for evaluation of health promotion programs. Describe methods for process, impact and outcome evaluation. Assess evaluability of program components. Describe and select appropriate designs for evaluating program effectiveness. Describe survey methods and aspects of questionnaire design. Identify measuring instruments used in health promotion. Discuss practical issues and problems in health promotion evaluation. Prepare evaluation plans and reports. |
