Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will gain an understanding of the system calls for an operating system in some detail. They will be able to be able to read technical information about an operating system, have developed skills at solving technical problems using information directly from the manuals and they will have explored object oriented interfaces to an API. The operating system to be studied is MS-Windows Win-32 and MFC version 4 is the class interface to the API. |
