Syllabus:

Current issues. Discussion of how issues become 'current' and how to gain access to information to them. Skills in finding, and analysing information, emphasis on student leadership in determining and tracking issues for debate and discussion.
 

Unit Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this unit students will be able to- Analyse and discuss current developments and issues relating o the internet. Be more informed about and critical in using sources of information about current developments both now and in the future. Know how to keep their knowledge of the internet up-to-date.
