Syllabus: | Introduction to immunocytochemistry methods, its use in the identification of specific tissue antigens, preparatory methods of electron microscopy (TEM), the operation of the Transmission EM and the interpretation of electronmicrographs. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Knowledge of the introduction to the basic hands-on in immunocytochemistry and electron microscopy. |
