Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Understanding of the nature of procurement as a strategic organisation approach to managing the supply chain. Developed management skills to equip them to plan, promote and implement the introduction of strategic procurement in a selected organisation. Researched and evaluated techniques required to measure supply chain activities and issues affecting an organisations local and global operations and potential. |
