Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Developed knowledge on industrial relations as practiced in Singapore. Outlined in detail and discussed the role and functioning of components in the Singapore system of industrial relations. Identified and discussed events in history contributing to the development of the current system. Analysed particular current events and situations. Discussed and evaluated proposed changes to the system. |
