Syllabus:

Web site engineering, dynamic Web-pages, Web servers, HTML, Perl/CGI, three-tier applications, Web forms and Graphic User Interface design, security considerations, resource implications.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - An understanding of the range of technologies for web development. Used appropriate technology to develop web applications. An understanding of security and resource implications.
