Syllabus:

Protection of marketing profile by trade marks, laws relating to the design and information on packaging, advertising laws, laws relating to selling methods including promotional games, door to door and inertia selling, legal liability of sellers and manufacturers.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Knowledge of the objectives of the course they are: Legal issues relating to marketing (the content) and also important skills that they need in the workplace (the professional skills). Knowledge of the content and proficiency with the skills that will be assessed.
