Syllabus:

Students will examine the method and techniques for evaluating projects, plans, policies, programs and develop an understanding of the application of the techniques, and their contribution to solving complex decisions.
 

Unit Outcomes:

Upon completion of this unit students will have developed an understanding of decision making techniques, techniques for assessing impacts and methods for evaluating impact assessments. Gained understanding of forecasting, modelling, gaming and simulation, as well as techniques for project evaluation and a common appraisal framework.
