Syllabus: | Examination of a town planning scheme and preparation of an amendment. Identification of goals, objectives, policies and standards for a strategic scheme report and structure plan and a statutory scheme text and map, for submission to the local authority council, the Western Australian Planning Commission and the Minister. |
