Syllabus: | Provides MCA candidates with a forum in which they can discuss and debate the issues that surround contemporary artistic practice. It offers individual students the chance to explore in detail the theoretical context of their own practice. Issues addressed during the semester may vary according to the particular interests of the student cohort. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of contemporary issues in visual culture and the ability to analyse the theoretical context of their own practice. The ability to present their research in the form of a candidacy document. |
