Syllabus: | Practical experience of measuring selected commercial building trades in the form of an industry project example. Setting up Everest software package accounts, access procedures, basic data entry, rates build-ups, rates entry and practical application of knowledge to applied measurement examples. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- A more advanced knowledge and competence in measuring more complex building works. |
