Syllabus:

Life skills, group and team problem solving in building. Conflict resolution and negotiation relevant to building facilitation and management. Issues in building.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Explored contemporary project management issues in the construction industry, including risk management, ethics, facilitation, critical thinking, project manager's attributes, group dynamics, organisational culture and project control.
