Syllabus: | Radiological diagnosis of the chest, abdomen and skeletal system. The evaluation of radiological evidence of disease processes and traumatic conditions on radiographs so that the technologist can provide an informed opinion to a medical practitioner. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have developed an appreciation of the usefulness and reliability of an imaging modality and the range of options available to confirm a diagnosis and a working knowledge of the normal and common abnormal appearances of anatomic structures on nuclear medicine images. |
