Syllabus:

Individual research project. An independent research project under the direction and supervision of a Curtin staff member. Development of a research proposal, complete the research and present a report.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - applied legal research methodology and techniques, undertaken legal research on a chosen area of legal research, and planned and written a dissertation on the chosen area of legal research.
