Syllabus: | Management issues surrounding information technology with emphasis on contemporary telecommunications facilities. Planning, development, and operation of the business information technology. IT strategies and plans, systems and project development methods, managing application portfolio resources, and managing technological change in a business context. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Developed the management skills and understanding needed to plan, develop, implement and operate information systems that are integrated with corporate objectives. Developed an appreciation and understanding of the major contemporary issues facing IT executives, managers, directors and CIOs. |
