Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have critically assessed - The legal status of borrower corporations. How this will affect the lender's decisions on secured or unsecured lending. The continuous disclosure data of listed corporations.The solvency status of borrower corporations. The appropriate protective measures the lender can apply to imminently insolvent or insolvent borrower corporations. |
