Syllabus: | The formulation, undertaking and final reporting of an original research project. The topic and methodology must be approved in consultation with the course coordinator. The research must be in the area of mining geomechanics. Dissertations are supervised by academic staff, external supervisor or both, depending on the nature of the design project and can be done off campus. |
