Syllabus:

Focus on role of reflective practice in the development of nursing knowledge and skills pertaining to area of interest. Use of research findings, including criteria for their use in barriers to implementation.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have - Developed knowledge and skills associated with Action Research and reflective practice. Demonstrated the ability to apply reflective practice techniques to chosen area of practice. Described the current integration of nursing research findings into a selected area of specialised nursing practice. Explored innovative nursing practices relevant to area of study.
