Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Recognised the legal issues in industrial relations matters. Identified the sources of law in relation to the industrial matter or conflict and to analyse the effect of and conflict of law. Formulated responses to the industrial matters/conflicts from both the employer and employee perspective. Predicted outcomes to hypothetical industrial scenarios. Recognised the role of legislators, tribunals and participants in the system. Evaluated the roleof the law in industrial relations. |
