| Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understanding of the history of Mining. Become competent in using the legislation and regulations together. Understood the nature of the role of registrars and wardens and the role of the minister. Understood the different type of mining tenements, applications thereof. Discussed the different forms of forfeiture and cancellation of tenements in the different mining jurisdictions. |
