Syllabus:	Introduction to the course, strategies to manage work and study, principles and strategies of adult-learning. A requirement to journal learning and reflection outside of blocks and workshops in own organisational or community setting. One-on-one supervision is maintained during field visits.
Unit Outcomes:	In addition to strategies to manage work and study, on successful the completion of this unit students will have- Reflected on their learning. Used group processes to create an effective learning environment. Related the concept of either an Indigenous Community Management and Development Practitioner or an Indigenous Primary Health Care Practitioner to their own community or organisational role. Reflected on the practice implications of Indigenous history.

Unit Assessment Breakdown:	Oral and written exercises, exploration of concepts, library and learning skills, reflective learning through journal articles. Students must obtain a 50% grade in each assessment unit to achieve a Pass grade. This is by pass/fail assessment.
