Syllabus:Structure and function of the foot and leg. Axial motion of the joints of the lower limb. Basic measurement techniques of joints of the lower limb. Evolution of the pentadactyl limb. Anatomy and function of the neurological, vascular and musculoskeletal system, CNS, PNS and autonomic systems.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will be have - A comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the foot and lower limb. An understanding of the structure and function of the neurological system. An understanding of the evolution of the pentadactyl limb.
