Syllabus:Field experience, to develop the planning, management, teaching, personal and interpersonal skills required of beginning teachers.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Demonstrated further competence of classroom management strategies integrating effective student-centred teaching and learning processes. Examined current curriculum documents appropriate to their level of teaching. Practised integrated planning, teaching and evaluation strategies appropriate for a sequence of lessons across several domains and curriculum levels. Observed and reflected on a teaching program of increasing complexity. Supervised with increased responsibility, groups of children in learning settings, increasing to whole class responsibility over blocks of time within a day.
