Syllabus: | Valuation process and methodology. Method of analysis of sales evidence. Valuation report writing skills. Application of the above to a variety of valuation problems. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Understood the theory of real property valuation. Gained knowledge of key elements of a valuation and the ability to produce a suitable report containing that information. Become competent in undertaking all field work. Researched to complete a valuation report and possess the ability to demonstrate that competence. |
