Syllabus: | Exploration of the theory and principles related to local site planning and the property development process as a basis for the application to a given project area. |

Unit Outcomes: | Upon completion of this unit students will have developed an understanding of the Property Development process and community formation, key players and stakeholders, the statutory framework, and the strategic framework and local structure of planning. Developed an understanding of liveable neighbourhoods and case studies, movement networks, land uses and sustainability principles. |
