Syllabus:	Contracts - formation, operation and termination.
Unit Outcomes:	On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understood the basic components of a contract. Appreciated the legal technicalities that arise from the formation of contracts. An awareness of the problems that affect commercial agreements. Understood what to do if a contract goes wrong. Appreciated the advantages in knowing the rules of contract.
