Introduction

This major combines agribusiness management and marketing education and training with technical training in principles of viticulture, grape and wine production and sensory evaluation. It provides an opportunity to maximise Western Australia's competitive advantage by meeting the need for management and marketing skills education in the viticulture industry. This major combines key viticulture and wne science unts with Maketing, Finance and Management units. The learning model enables to gain skills in communication, infomation technology, teamwork and cross cultural skills which enable them to assume leadership within the viticultural industry as well as in the broader agribusiness sector.
