Syllabus: | A focused investigation into art and design practice that is grounded in investigation and critical thinking, extending the critical and reflective skills needed to become proactive and autonomous; which will also prepare students for further study at research level. Opportunities for independent research into theoretical and/or practical studies associated with studio and research projects will be under the guidance of experienced supervisors and mentors. The unit requires the resolution and exhibition of a major studio exhibition project or the resolution of a major design project. |
