Syllabus: Students will be able to: explain the origins and organisational determinants of case management practices; describe complexities of living with co-existing health, social and disability challenges; and articulate social work values, ethics, roles and responsibilities in inter-organisational and inter-professional practice. The unit prepares students for beginning social work practice.
