Syllabus: | Students will study the structure, function and processes of human service organisations. Analysis of leadership, change, culture and practices in organisations are key aspects of this unit. Management theories and practices will be explored with a focus on socio-political analysis of legislative requirements, policy directives and drivers in human service organisation. Students will engage with social justice and social work values in human service delivery. |
